It’s okay not to be okay all the time.
“Now you see everything dark, sad and burned. You have closed your eyes.
Exhaustion invades you, but it’s okay.
Rest, hug yourself, take care of yourself.
You will open your eyes again.
Now you cannot see it, but beauty surrounds you.
Do not worry it’s alright.
You will open your eyes again and you will see that everything is not dark.
There is also light, there is also colour.
Sometimes it is necessary to not be well in order to become better. It is part of the process and it is what helps us come out stronger
