Mental Position

It’s okay not to always be okay.

“Now you see everything dark, sad and burned. You have closed your eyes.

Exhaustion takes over, but it’s okay.

Rest, hug yourself, take care of yourself.

You will reopen your eyes.

Now you can’t see it, but beauty surrounds you.

Do not worry it’s alright.

You will open your eyes again and you will see that not everything is darkness.

There is also light, there is also color.

Sometimes it is necessary to not be well in order to become better. It is part of the process and it is what helps us to come out stronger 🌱
