Illustration proposal for the Tolosana Patisserie contest.

Concept: Composition in the shape of an Almudévar braid, in which each strip divides and tells a part of the history of this sweet. Each strip (arm of the braid) collects important aspects such as: the date of creation, ingredients, time, elaboration and tasting, showing the artisan work, natural products and elaboration of this typical sweet.
